When requested by the customer, we support process validation and monitoring activities through dimensional data collection and analysis. In particular, we can carry out:
- process capability studies (Cpk) To verify the stability of production over time
- machine capability studies (Cmk) During start-up or industrialization phases
- Data collection on critical functional shares
- Statistical monitoring of process parameters

Traceability of raw material
Materials management is another key element.
We guarantee the traceability of the raw material, from the supply of the material to the production batch, maintaining the documentation associated with the certificates of the materials used.
